Baby Foundations
Approximately 6 weeks–6 months
For babies building early movement skills, including head control, tummy time, reaching, rolling and early sitting.

Baby on the Move
Approximately 6 months–independent walking
For babies exploring sitting transitions, crawling, pulling to stand and cruising.
If you’re unsure which class is right for your baby, we’ll help you choose.
Placement is based on your baby’s current movement skills, not just age.
WHAT CLASS FEELS LIKE
Play, observe, understand.
Each 45-minute class combines a short explanation with guided floor play. Dr. Lydia will show you ways to adapt activities to your baby and give you practical ideas for the week ahead.
Feeding, changing, cuddling and taking breaks are always welcome. Babies are babies!
