OUR PROCESS
WHAT TO EXPECT
before you arrive
To help your visit flow smoothly, we’ll email your intake forms as soon as you book your appointment. Completing them ahead of time allows us to understand your story and prepare for your care before you even walk through the door.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in, get checked in, and feel comfortable in our space.
We truly can’t wait to welcome you.
first visit
On your first visit, you will meet with doctor Lydia to discuss your paperwork and health history. Next a physical examination will be performed to determine problem areas. We usually are able to perform therapies on the first visit, however if there are any indication that x-rays or other tests are required before treatment we will hold off for your safety.
second visit
On your next visit, we will go over your exam findings and specific recommendations for care. We will walk you through what care looks like in our office and answer any questions you have moving forward.
All follow up appointments are a space where we can discuss how your health is evolving and allow your treatment to evolve with you!

Through gentle, targeted adjustments, chiropractors help improve how the spine and nervous system work together. When these systems move well and communicate clearly, the body can feel more balanced, comfortable, and resilient.
The goal is simple: reduce tension, restore mobility, and support your body’s natural ability to heal — so you can move through life with greater ease.
